Easy to administer and score!  The two basic dimensions of behavior, assertiveness and cooperativeness, can be used to define five specific methods of dealing with conflicts.  These five "conflict-handling modes" are:
  • Competing
  • Collaborating
  • Compromising
  • Avoiding
  • Accommodating
The profile of scores will indicate the repertoire of conflict-handling skills you use in the kinds of conflict situations you face.
