Quote

Jung Quote of the Month

"Everyone in the extraverted state thinks, feels, and acts in relation to the object, moreover in a direct and clearly observable fashion, so that no doubt can remain about his positive dependence on the object.  In a sense, therefore, extraversion is a transfer of interest from subject to object."*

Clock Card Exercise

Our set of Clock Cards comes with one card for each type code.  Each card includes a clock that models the time a type may prefer to spend on each preference when working through a problem.  (The times are not literal, but rather are used to symbolize which functions each type prefers.)

Clock Cards

Marking areas of the room for each preference and having members of a team literally move from preference to preference at the different times noted is an excellent way to illustrate how conflict may arise when members of a team are at different places in the problem solving process.

September Brain Teaser

Once there was a farmer who was taking apples to town to sell them at a local market.  On the way to town, he had to pay four tolls.  Each toll cost one-half his apples plus half an apple.  After paying all four tolls, the farmer arrived in town with no apples left to sell.

How many apples did the farmer have when he left to go to town?
