Jung quote of the month

"Dreams give information about the secrets of the inner life and reveal to the dreamer hidden factors of his personality.  As long as these are undiscovered, they disturb his waking life and betray themselves only in the form of symptoms."*

Type & Tykes

Introverted Feeling (in the Heroine position)

~

We thought you might enjoy seeing type come alive in kids.  We know we love it!  Check back each month for more stories, and start to recognize type in the children in your life.

Five-year-old Amy's family was gathering around the table to eat a special meal at the home of a family friend.  As Amy approached the table, she said, "I'm sittin' by...I'm sittin' by...I'm sittin' by...I'm sittin' by you, okay Dad?"  When she discovered others were already seated so she couldn't sit where she had hoped, a small squabble ensued among her siblings.  When Amy was ultimately allowed to sit near her Dad, she smiled big at the camera that was filming her, happy as can be.  see explanation

March Brain Teaser

~

Three friends were playing golf at TPC Sawgrass at the same time Tiger Woods was breaking his silence at the Sawgrass clubhouse.  The men were delighted that they had been allowed to keep their scheduled tee time, but they had much trouble focusing on their game.  They were so distracted by what was happening just yards away, that each lost his ball on the very first hole.

~

What we know:

  • Top Height and Gallaway are two of the lost golf balls.
  • The ball lost in the water is owned by Larry.
  • Dennis doesn't own the Top Height ball.
  • Wade's golf ball was lost in a palm tree.
  • The Bridgerock golf ball was not lost in the palm tree or in the bushes.

Who lost what ball and where?

Hint

I give up

I figured it out!  (But just to be sure...)
