New in 2008, this hands on workshop will enhance your knowledge of the MBTI® instrument and is designed to provide the training and support a person needs to be an ethical and effective user of MBTI® results. This workshop is the last day of our MBTI® Professional Qualifying Program, however you may attend if you are already qualified to use the MBTI®.

Attendees will participate in a deeper experience of the eight mental functions and the combinations of the mental functions. Participants will practice conducting an eight function interpretation session and experience how to use the eight functions to help two people examine their differences and gain respect for these differences. Attendees will learn to perform a team analysis using the eight functions and experience how team dynamics shift when members are either added to or removed from a team. Attendees will also learn how to use the clock cards to demonstrate differences between individual approaches to problem solving.

2. PowerPoint files for conducting an Applying Type in Problem Solving workshop
