Our one day qualifying program explains the three basic elements of all human interactions--inclusion, control and affection.  Learn new information about the dynamics of interpersonal relationships and learn how to score the instrument and provide a quality interpretation.  You will earn eight CEUs during this workshop.

The FIRO-B® is often used to:

• Understand team members behaviors and reactions to other members' behaviors
• Examine the power struggles within teams
• Understand why some members feel left out and why others want to remain distant
• Understand why some members tend to share essential information while others appear to be tight lipped.
