The Fundamentals of FIRO-BŪ is a web-based training program comprised of one 3-hour webinar session. This training is held from 1:00-4:00pm EST. If you are MBTIŪ qualified/certified you can already purchase the FIRO-BŪ instrument. Our training will teach you how to use this valuable tool effectively. This training is not a certification program, but does cover the same content as our previously offered FIRO-BŪ Certification Program.
Our program explains the three basic elements of all human interactions--inclusion, control and affection. Learn new information about the dynamics of interpersonal relationships and learn how to score the instrument and provide a quality interpretation.
The FIRO-BŪ is often used to:
Understand team members behaviors and reactions to other members' behaviors
Examine the power struggles within teams
Understand why some members feel left out and why others want to remain distant
Understand why some members tend to share essential information while others appear to be tight lipped.
