The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) is the most widely used personality instrument in the world.  It looks at how individuals prefer to take in and evaluate information.  We are the original agency authorized to provide MBTI® qualification training.

In 2008, we will be introducing a professional format for our qualifying program.  We think you will like the change as it will enhance your learning of the MBTI® and make it easier to introduce the MBTI® in your workplace!  When attending the Professional Qualifying Program, you will receive a set of Clock Cards and our Dynamic Type Table as a bonus!  These training tools are used during our workshop and will help you facilitate your training after the program!

Our MBTI® qualification training is available in four formats:    

• Two Day Basic Qualifying Program requires 20 hours of precourse work before attending the program.  The fast paced setting is designed for those willing to devote time to prework before the training begins.  The prework is mandatory in order to pass the exam. 
• Four Day Basic Qualifying Program requires no precourse work, except completing two online instruments and having a friend complete the MBTI® Form M instrument prior to the program.  However, the program notebook and access to our online study tool is provided before your training in the event you would like to familiarize yourself with the topics.  Please be aware 3-5 hours of homework each night is necessary to pass the exam.
• Three Day Professional Qualifying Program:
  Two Day Qualifying Program + Tools and Techniques Workshop
  Requires 20 hours of prework before attending the program.  Our Tools and Techniques Application Workshop is fun and experiential, and worth the extra day out of the office! 
• Five Day Professional Qualifying Program:
  Four Day Qualifying Program + Tools and Techniques Application Workshop.  No prework required other than your completing two online instruments and having a friend complete Form M prior to attending the program.  However, the program notebook and access to our online study tool is provided before your training in the event you would like to familiarize yourself with the topics.  Please note, 3-5 hours of homework each night is necessary to pass the exam.  Our Tools and Techniques Application Workshop will enhance your knowledge of the MBTI® and is a fun and experiential learning experience!
