We enhance individual and organizational performance through the application of Personality Theories.

Quick Guide to Interaction Styles and Working Remotely

The workplace has changed.  We can no longer assume that the people we need to work with will be in our same location, let alone the same time zone. This book is designed to help you understand issues with working remotely and to provide techniques for being successful.
The Four Interaction Styles will be discussed:
  • Chart-the-Course - Have a course of action in mind beforehand.
  • Behind-the-Scenes - Do what it takes to get the best result possible.
  • In-Charge - Get things accomplished (often through people).
  • Get-Things-Going - Get everyone involved participating.

The challenges and potential pitfalls will be discussed for each each style.

"I have the pleasure of teaching type to my adult learners. I teach in a Business Management program at a community college. My students range from 17 - 77! Regardless of the generation, "the lights come on" when these students learn about type theory and how to apply it to their personal and professional lives. "
