Mark Majors, Ph.D., designed the Majors Assessments from decades of experience with instrument design. At CPP, he was a data analyst for the MBTI® Form M, and he directed the development of the MBTI® Form Q. Majors was also director of research at CAPT where he led research on MBTI® Step III and contributed to the Pearson-Marr Archetype Indicator (PMAI) and the Klein Group Indicator (KGI). In addition, he was the central data analyst and scoring developer for the 1994 Strong Interest Inventory.
