"I can't imagine trying to help a manager or a team that is struggling without understanding how huge a part their preferences in psychological type and temperament can play. Sometimes I do a workshop with them, but often, I just use it as the key that helps me decide how I can most effectively help them remove a block so that they rise to higher levels of effectiveness in their work and their relationships. Knowing type and temperament gives me such a huge advantage working with clients and helps me save so much time getting to their issues. I frankly would not want to walk into the room without it. -- Carol A. Linden, Effective With People, LLC "
