Examine the type development ideas of others and determine how much of what they say matches with your developmental journey.
What you will learn:
- What different theorists said about how we develop typologically.
- The path your developmental journey has taken.
- To have greater appreciation for others as they take a different path.
Examine what Isabel Briggs Myers, C. G. Jung, Daryl Sharp, John Giannini, Henry (Dick) Thompson, Elizabeth Murphy, Angelo Spoto, and John Beebe have said about type development, and identify how what each has said applies to your developmental journey. In this workshop we will spent 60-90 minutes per theorist reviewing their thoughts, discussing what they said, and determining whether or not what was said is true for each of us. This is a great workshop for those interested in expanding their knowledge of type theory by studying what different Jungian analyst and psychologists have said on the subject.
This series will start on Sep 16th and run every Wednesday through Nov 11th. A suggested reading list will be provided for those who would like to read what the authors said before our discussions.

"Type theory has opened my eyes both personally and professionally. Personally it has helped explain "rubs" in relationships that previously were seen as personal slights. As a consultant who helps emerging leaders develop skills in communication and conflict management, the discussion of type always provides great "ah ha" moments for the participants. Every session has at least one participant who afterward talks about how understanding type has clarified a past communication problem. I want to thank Type Resources for being instrumental in my understanding type theory."Wanda Thompson
