This workshop will use the Function-Archetype Decoder as a platform for analyzing a team to discover its potential strengths, weaknesses, opportunities for improvement and threats to productivity.
What you will learn:
- To identify function-attitudes a team might underuse or overuse
- Techniques for building skill at using each of the function-attitudes
- To identify potential conflict between team members

Participants will gain an appreciation for examining teams through the eight function-attitude lens as they become aware of the many insights that emerge when the eight function-attitudes are used as opposed to the eight preferences.
