This 2-day workshop is a hands-on experential workshop designed to provide leaders and managers tools for using MBTI® results to enhance performance through improved communication and problem solving. This workshop will include a study of the 8 Functions.
Participants will:
- Indentify their favorite language and learn how others react to it.
- Recognize how they react to their non-preferred languages and learn how to speak each of the languages.
- Learn how each of the eight cognitive processes apply to critical problem solving.
- Identify which cognitive processes they might over use and under use.
- Learn how to analyze teams using the eight cognitive processes to identify potential for conflict between members and potential blind spots for the team.
Prerequisite: Complete online Exploring You® assessment before program start date
