An experiential workshop designed to provide each participant with deeper self-understanding and deeper respect for other people. 

You will:

• Learn a model for understanding how easy or difficult it might be for you to access and use appropriately each of the functions-in-attitude.
• Learn techniques for bringing non-preferred functions-in-attitude into consciousness.
• Experience each of the eight functions-in-attitude and identify your reactions to the experience.
• Observe others who have the function-in-attitude as a dominant and experience your reactions to them.

Examine the impact of the model:

• on career selection and progression
• interpersonal relations
• teaching and learning
• coaching
