Two Day MBTI® Qualifying Program |
 |
New for 2006, our 2 day qualifying program is designed to accommodate participants who prefer shorter class time with approximately 15-20 hours of pre-course study. Precourse work is shipped six weeks prior to the training start date. If registering less than six weeks prior to program start date, precourse work will be sent out immediately upon receiving registration.
We offer one and two day applications workshops that conveniently follow our qualification programs. Most participants choose to attend to gain an even richer, more hands-on understanding of type. Program Agenda:
Day One:
- Introduction
- Framing - Purpose, Requirements and Agenda
- Theory Overview - General Description of Jung's Attitudes and Functions
- Dynamic Model Building - Moving from a Type Code to a Dynamic Model
- Development and Construction - History, Timeline, Major Issues and Modifications
- Psychometrics - Item Construction, Basic Statistics, Reliability and Validity
Day Two:
- Review
- Administration - Contracting, Instructions to Clients, Scoring and Report Options
- Interpretation - Demonstrate group feedback while presenting basic theoretical concepts in a holistic manner
- Determining "Best-Fit" Type
- Application Exercise
- Exam
Prerequisite: Complete all precourse work and the online Form Q® and Exploring You® instruments before the program start date.
Cost: $895 ($100 extra in New York City)
