  Day Two:

• Review 
• Administration - Contracting, Instructions to Clients, Scoring and Report Options
• Interpretation - Demonstrate group feedback while presenting basic theoretical concepts in a holistic manner

Day Three:

Our Tools and Techniques Workshop will enhance your knowledge of the MBTI® instrument and is designed to provide the training and support a person needs to be an ethical and effective user of MBTI® results.

Attendees will participate in a deeper experience of the eight mental functions and the combinations of the mental functions. Participants will practice conducting an eight function interpretation session and experience how to use the eight functions to help two people examine their differences and gain respect for these differences. Attendees will learn to perform a team analysis using the eight functions and experience how team dynamics shift when members are either added to or removed from a team. Attendees will also learn how to use the clock cards to demonstrate differences between individual approaches to problem solving.  In addition, attendees will learn about Step II.

Pre-work: 

• Complete on-line Exploring You®  prior to program start date 
• Complete on-line MBTI® Step II Form Q prior to program start date
• Devote approximately 20 hours to online study or use program notebook
