Classes start promptly each day at 8:30 AM; however, we encourage you to arrive by 8:15 AM on the first day for informal registration.  The class ends at 5:30 PM each day.  Morning refreshments, lunch and an afternoon snack will be provided.  Dress is business casual.

This two day MBTI® qualifying program will be facilitated by Bob McAlpine.  Bob's special interests are applying type theory for leadership development, increasing team productivity and improving student performance in the classroom.

This two day workshop requires approximately 15-20 hours of prework.  We encourage you to develop a prework plan to reduce the distractions that often occur in our hectic lives.  You can start studying immediately by going to our home page and logging into Moodle.  We will ship you a notebook approximately four weeks before the class start date.  The notebook covers the same material as Moodle, just in a different format.  We encourage you to use the one that best fits your learning style until you are achieving an 80% on the pretest exam in Module 10.

Other Program Being Conducted in Conjuction with This Workshop

FIRO-B® Qualification:  The FIRO-B® is based on the work of Will Schultz, and it focuses on our inclusion, control, and affection needs, and how these needs influence how we behave.  This theory is extremely effective when examining  how team members interact.
