What: The focus of this webinar will be the 7^th or “Trickster” function of each type code.  This function is the function we often use to deceive others and ourselves.  It is the function we tend to use to place others in a double-bind but is also the function we use to save ourselves.  It is theorized that if we do not learn when to avoid using this function in this way, we will resort to leading dishonest lives full of unhealthy dependence.

John Beebe, renowned Jungian analyst and creator of the 8-function model, will facilitate discussions around each of the 8 functions in the Trickster position and will help synthesize and clarify each function-archetype™.

The Trickster functions for each of the type codes are as follows:

ESTJ & ESFJ = Introverted Intuition (Ni)

ENTJ & ENFJ = Introverted Sensing (Si)

ESTP & ENTP = Introverted Feeling (Fi)

ESFP & ENFP = Introverted Thinking (Ti)

ISTJ & INTJ = Extraverted Feeling (Fe)

ISFJ & INFJ = Extraverted Thinking (Te)

ISTP & ISFP = Extraverted Intuition (Ne)

INTP & INFP = Extraverted Sensing (Se)
