Classes start promptly each day at 8:30 AM; however, we encourage you to arrive by 8:15 AM on the first day for informal registration.  The class ends at 5:30 PM each day.  Morning refreshments and an afternoon snack will be served.  Lunch is on your own and is approximately one hour.  Dress is business casual.

This certification program is designed with no prework required other than completing  two online instruments.  However, participants should expect 3-5 hours of homework each night.  The program notebook and our online study tool are available as soon as you register for the program.
